Terms of service

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
1.2 To cancel, contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
2.2 Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
2.3 If payment was via mobile money or bank transfer, refund will be issued to the same account.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product does not match its description.

3.2 Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.

3.3 Exchanges (where available) will be offered instead of refunds if the customer prefers.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale/discounted items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or after 7 days.

5. Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
  • If Rexon London is at fault, full shipping costs will be covered.
